We are excited to announce that Viridian Moon Art Gallery in Bloomington will re-open on Saturday, August 21st at 10:30 am, with the new art show of Bloomington Portrait Group. The opening reception will take place on August 21st from 5-7 pm.
The works in this exhibition are traditionally done by local artists from local models. They include portraits painted and drawn from living models during two hour, in-person sessions, plus studio work created in response to monthly challenges during the Covid-19 quarantine.
Also, in our permanent exhibition, you will see many new works by local artists, as well as some of our existing memorable pieces.
Do you want to see magnificent landscape in watercolor, breathtaking sunset in oil, beautiful flowers in pastel, or recognizable and memorable cityscape in fabric appliqué?
Our wide selection of diverse art will definitely attract your attention one way or another! Different styles and mediums can be seen at the Viridian Moon Art Gallery Wednesday through Sunday.
